After the success of 1849 chess set, 1851 chess set and 1935 Botvinnik Flohr Reproduced Chess Set, chessbazaar™ in association with Alan Dewey, is proud to introduce “The British Chess Company Popular Staunton Chess Set”, featuring the finest aspects of any Staunton pattern chess set ever seen. Moving on to 19th Century Antique Dublin these chess pieces are Extremely rare. Chess pieces with a king height of 4.2″ and a base diameter of 1.7” is rugged and has thick green felt on their bases.
