The Romanian-Hungarian National Tournament Chess Set features a 3.85" King with a 1.57" base for improved stability. Dark pieces are crafted from rare rosewood, highly prized by chess enthusiasts.

Chess Pieces Weight: 1200 grams (42.32 oz). Note: Final weight may vary ±10%.

The white pieces are boxwood, hand-polished for durability. Crafted from fine rosewood, each piece is carefully carved and protected for lasting shine and resistance.

The set includes extra queens, expertly carved and weighted pieces with smooth movement. Knights showcase top-tier Indian craftsmanship, and thick green felt ensures a premium feel and sound.

The lathe work on each chess piece is exceptional, particularly the elegant curves on the Knights. The Rook features four cuts in its turrets, and like the Russian/Soviet chess sets, the bishops' balls are of contrasting colors. All pieces feature a wide base, adding another striking dimension to the set.
