Reproduced Old Soviet Series weighted chess pieces featuring a 4.1" King with a 1.69" base. The set includes 34 pieces (2 extra queens) with weighted bases and thick green felt for smooth movement. Dark pieces are crafted from Sheesham wood, while the light ones are made from Natural Boxwood.
Each piece showcases exquisite lathe work, elegant curves, and unique collar rings. The knights feature distinct carvings on each side, while the rooks have four turret cuts. The king finial and queen ball are of opposite colors, following the classic Soviet/Russian style.
Weight: Approx. 1050g (37.03 oz). Variance of ±10% due to manual weighting.
